Role overview
This position supports a major national charity by partnering with the Fundraising Team Lead to assist volunteer-led fundraising branches throughout Ireland. The job is anchored in Cork, with travel to other branch locations as part of the role.
What you will do
- Work with branches around Ireland to maintain strong relationships and respond to their needs.
- Contribute to the delivery and success of fundraising events and campaigns nationwide.
- Support efforts to expand the branch network and increase income generation.
- Connect with prospective clients and volunteers to help strengthen the branches and their development.
- Travel across Ireland as required and be available for some weekend work.
Experience and requirements
- Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to share ideas clearly and work well with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of people management, including different motivations and working styles.
- Proven ability to build durable relationships within volunteer communities.
- A full, clean driving licence is essential.

The role is based in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. Travel within Ireland and occasional weekend availability are part of the working arrangement.
