Role overview
Ebury is looking for a Graduate Business Developer / FX Sales Associate to join its Dublin office team. This is an office-based opportunity for a motivated graduate who wants to build a career in sales within international finance and fintech.
The position offers structured training, hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and uncapped commission. You will develop sales capabilities by working with businesses that trade internationally and use FX and cross-border payment solutions.

What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to decision-makers in different industries.
- Research prospective clients, assess their requirements, and adapt your approach to present international payment and FX solutions.
- Use consultative selling to present, negotiate, and close deals.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly acquired clients.
- Build knowledge of FX, global payments, and international financial markets through day-to-day client conversations and training.
Candidate profile
- You should be a recent graduate with strong enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Experience or interest in B2B sales or other client-facing work is preferred.
- Prior FX experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
- You must be fluent in the local language and comfortable using business-level English.
- A strong interest in financial markets and how global trade operates is important.
- You should bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the drive to work toward ambitious targets.
