What the role involves
In this position, you will be responsible for the direction, live operations, and overall performance of a hybrid-casual game. You will shape the product vision and roadmap, oversee execution from start to finish, and use performance data to improve retention, monetization, engagement, and user acquisition results.
You will work closely with user acquisition, design, engineering, and data teams, while keeping gameplay quality aligned with business goals. The role also includes guiding both internal and external contributors to produce measurable impact and running experiments through A/B testing, economy tuning, and content planning.
