Gen AI Solution Architect

Role Overview

Tap Growth ai is looking for a seasoned GenAI Solutions Architect to own the architecture, delivery, and enterprise adoption of large-scale generative AI capabilities. The role focuses on turning business needs into practical AI solutions that can scale, stay secure, and be governed properly across the organization. Experience in Private Equity and Wealth Management is a key requirement.

The position is based in Singapore, Singapore and follows a work-from-office model.

Core Responsibilities

You will shape the overall design and implementation approach for enterprise generative AI initiatives, define standards and reusable patterns, and help teams build reliable AI-powered applications. The role also includes evaluating emerging tools and platforms, guiding engineering teams through the full lifecycle, and ensuring solutions perform well in production.

In addition, you will design how AI solutions connect with enterprise systems, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. You will work closely with engineering, data, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions and to translate complex technical ideas into clear business recommendations.

Governance is a major part of the role. You will ensure responsible AI practices, model monitoring, security controls, privacy safeguards, lifecycle management, and versioning processes are built into the platform and operating model. You will also contribute to AI strategy, roadmap planning, innovation efforts, and mentorship across delivery teams.

Required Background

The preferred academic profile is a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Applicants should bring at least 10 years of experience across solution architecture, software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or similar technical domains, including 3 or more years of direct experience building enterprise-grade generative AI solutions.

Domain experience in Private Equity, Wealth Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or broader BFSI/financial services environments is mandatory. Candidates should also have strong hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, Python, AI frameworks, cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, enterprise integration, and responsible AI practices.

Additional Requirements

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with investment platforms, portfolio management systems, wealth advisory solutions, or financial data platforms will be a clear advantage.
