General Operator - Halstead

Role overview

As a General Operator at Ferrero’s Halstead facility, which produces Eat Natural products, you will help keep daily manufacturing activities running smoothly. Your work will involve operating simple equipment safely, assisting with line activities, and supporting the delivery of consistent product quality. Shift pattern

The shift arrangement and site requirements will be reviewed after 12 months to make sure they continue to suit the business.

Key duties

• Run basic production equipment safely, including cutting machines, by following the required operating procedures.
• Help with setting up production lines, keeping them running, and monitoring activity throughout the shift.
• Carry out simple visual checks to help maintain product quality.
• Work in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates to support output targets and efficient production flow.
