Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner employer that handles the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The partner company is seeking a Global SDR Manager in Canada to lead and grow a distributed sales development function.
The role focuses on building a strong multi-region SDR organization that generates pipeline across inbound, outbound, and partner channels. You will shape the global SDR approach, keep execution aligned across regions, and help local teams maximize their strengths in LATAM, North America, and EMEA. It is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for creating outbound best practices, improving funnel results, and supporting revenue growth.
You will also coach SDR teams across geographies, encourage a culture of ownership and experimentation, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to keep messaging, targeting, and pipeline planning consistent across the business. The position sits within a fast-growing global fintech environment.
Key accountabilities
- Set and expand the worldwide SDR strategy, covering outbound processes, pipeline goals, messaging guidelines, and qualification standards across regions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a distributed SDR team through regular feedback, structured 1:1s, training sessions, and performance management.
- Improve global pipeline output across inbound, outbound, and partner-driven motions so revenue targets are met consistently.
- Refine lead routing, segmentation, and coverage models to strengthen conversion performance and pipeline efficiency across markets.
- Work in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align ideal customer profiles, campaign direction, funnel metrics, and reporting systems.
- Stay actively involved in strategic prospecting to test outreach messages, improve engagement approaches, and demonstrate strong SDR execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology sales, including 3 or more years leading SDR or BDR teams; experience with teams of 8 to 12+ reps is preferred.
- A demonstrated history of creating or scaling outbound SDR programs that reliably achieve or exceed pipeline goals.
- Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams across LATAM, North America, and/or EMEA.
- Strong coaching capability across cold outreach, messaging, objection handling, and qualification frameworks.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel data, dashboards, and KPIs and turn insights into performance gains.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the skill to give feedback that is clear, actionable, and motivating.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environment where experimentation and adaptability are important.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive pay package suited to leadership-level responsibilities.
- Remote-first working style with flexibility across global time zones.
- Chance to build a global SDR organization from the ground up.
- Exposure to senior leaders across sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
- A high-impact position that directly supports revenue growth and international expansion.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment inside a rapidly scaling global fintech company.
- Access to modern sales technology and AI-supported outbound tools.
