Golf Landscape Supervisor

Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a committed Golf Landscape Supervisor to take charge of the upkeep and improvement of golf course landscapes. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize daily landscape maintenance work to keep quality high and tasks completed on time.
• Direct the care of turf, trees, shrubs, and other landscape elements across the golf courses.
• Set up, manage, and review irrigation systems to support turf health and efficient water use.
• Coach, supervise, and encourage landscaping and grounds staff to meet performance targets.
• Partner with golf course management and other departments to ensure landscape work supports overall operations.
• Carry out regular inspections to spot and resolve issues such as pests, plant disease, or irrigation faults.
• Track landscape materials and supplies, keeping stock levels adequate and usage efficient.
• Make sure all maintenance activities follow health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Support budgeting and allocation of resources for golf landscape maintenance.
• Keep current with modern golf landscaping methods and industry standards.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in golf course landscaping or a comparable landscape maintenance position.
• Strong understanding of turf care, irrigation systems, and pest management in golf course settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage staff effectively.
• Good planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills for maintenance work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working with different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental rules relevant to landscaping operations.
• Physical fitness to carry out fieldwork in a range of weather conditions.
• Experience with sustainable landscaping and water-saving practices is advantageous.
