Graduate Management Training Programme

Responsibilities

Upon joining, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities and gain exposure to all facets of our business. Your development will focus on:

  • Customer Service: Delivering outstanding customer experiences by managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and building strong relationships with a diverse clientele.
  • Sales and Marketing: Engaging with local business partners, expanding your professional network, and cultivating enduring business relationships.
  • Financial Control and Profitability: Gaining a deep understanding of business finance, including cost management and the analysis of profit and loss statements.
  • Operations and Logistics: Mastering fleet management, strategic planning, and driving operational performance.
  • Leadership and Development: Taking initiative in mentoring, training, and developing team members, with opportunities to manage and promote staff as you advance.
