Job description

About the Company

The employer is an established global travel and tourism business with nearly a century of experience. Its focus is on helping people discover new cultures, enjoy memorable places, and connect with others through enriching travel experiences. The team operates internationally and is committed to delivering premium service and memorable journeys.

Role Overview

This position is for a Graphic Designer who can transform briefs into polished creative assets that communicate clearly, support marketing goals, and reinforce the brand. You will work closely with a multi-channel marketing team and deliver work across both digital and print media, often under tight deadlines.

The role follows a hybrid working arrangement: at least 2 days each week will be spent in the London office, with the remainder worked remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full production cycle for direct and trade marketing materials, from initial concept through to final handoff.
  • Produce premium print designs such as direct mailers, point-of-sale items, promotional pieces, and event or conference collateral.
  • Create branded offline and retail-facing assets that match a luxury positioning.
  • Design compelling digital creatives for social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Keep all artwork consistent with brand standards and visual identity rules.
  • Work in partnership with marketing colleagues and other internal teams to deliver aligned campaign materials.
  • Bring forward creative concepts and practical design solutions that help achieve marketing targets.
  • Assist with video creation and editing, using strong visual storytelling and narrative awareness.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates quality and originality across print and digital work. You should be comfortable handling varied design formats, working quickly, and keeping a close eye on detail. Strong communication, organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities are important for success in this role.

Requirements

  • A portfolio that shows creative ability and strong standards across both print and digital design.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of digital design tools, output formats, and file preparation.
  • Understanding of print production workflows and how to prepare assets for press and digital use.
  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a similar subject is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent written English and a high level of accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills, quick learning ability, and strong organisational habits.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
  • Accountability for delivering quality work on schedule.
  • A team-oriented approach and confidence working across departments.

Benefits

  • 25 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
  • Opportunity to experience the company’s premium travel products through familiarisation trips.
  • Access to a wellbeing programme and learning and development support.
  • The chance to work from anywhere for up to 10 days each year.
  • A highly engaged team and a positive company culture.

Company Values

  • Genuine Service: caring deeply about the experience delivered to guests, trade partners, and internal teams.
  • Better Together: believing collaboration and open-mindedness lead to better outcomes.
  • For Tomorrow: focusing on growth, adaptability, and long-term thinking.
  • Celebrate the Moments: bringing positivity to work and recognising every success, big or small.

Additional Information

This is a remote-friendly full-time role with a hybrid office requirement in London. The position is designed for someone who can support both day-to-day marketing output and broader creative campaign delivery.
