Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position in Nagpur. The selected candidate will develop visually compelling creative assets for websites, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and branding materials. The position requires close coordination with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to turn business needs into effective design concepts and polished outputs.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes designing logos, icons, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements, then refining them through feedback cycles. The designer will ensure all creatives align with brand standards, prepare final production-ready files, and optimize graphics for use across digital channels. The role also calls for staying updated on current design trends, tools, and industry practices to keep outputs fresh and effective.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a strong grounding in visual and graphic design, supported by a portfolio showing both digital and print work. Experience in logo design and brand identity development is important, along with solid typography knowledge for maintaining readability, hierarchy, and brand consistency. Candidates should be comfortable using professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or equivalent software. The ability to understand briefs, present multiple design directions, and make revisions based on structured feedback is also needed. Attention to detail, a good eye for layout and color, and consistency across formats are essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for working effectively with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting.
Additional Requirements
Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable. Experience creating web and mobile interface designs, responsive layouts, and having a basic understanding of UI/UX principles will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with front-end or digital marketing environments, such as web assets, social media creatives, and banners, is a plus.
