Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Miami, FL for a Graphic Designer. The role centers on producing eye-catching visual assets for both digital and print use, such as social media creatives, website graphics, packaging, and promotional collateral. You will help shape and evolve the brand look, work closely with marketing and product teams to turn ideas into polished design outputs, and ensure the visual identity stays consistent across every customer touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
- Create design assets for campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Develop graphics for social media, websites, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Refine and maintain the brand’s visual language and design standards.
- Work with marketing and product stakeholders to convert concepts into finished creative work.
- Prepare artwork and source files for production and print readiness.
- Revise designs based on feedback and iteration cycles.
- Support new product launches with packaging ideas, logo applications, and visual narratives that match the wellness-focused brand direction.
- Keep brand guidelines current and aligned with ongoing creative needs.
Required Qualifications
- Solid grounding in graphic design with the ability to create strong visuals for digital and print formats.
- Background in logo creation and brand identity work, including maintaining consistent brand systems.
- Good command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and readability.
- Advanced ability with standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, or Figma.
- A portfolio showing clean, contemporary, brand-consistent work, ideally in consumer goods, wellness, or lifestyle categories.
- Capability to manage projects from idea stage through final delivery while handling multiple deadlines.
- Comfort receiving feedback and turning it into improved design outcomes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams on site.
- Preferred exposure to packaging design, simple motion graphics, or video/social asset development.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
