Job description

Role summary

The graphic designer will create visual assets for both digital and print channels, including social media content, paid digital creatives, brochures, logos, posters, infographics, and advertisements. The role also involves editing short-form videos for marketing use. The position is based in the Seattle/Redmond, Washington area.

Key responsibilities

  • Create web, social, and other digital visuals that stay aligned with brand standards, strengthen the company’s image, and resonate with different audience groups.
  • Provide graphic design guidance to AI agents and continuously train them on approved visual brand standards.
  • Build and maintain a library of ready-to-use still and video assets that can be used by agents for marketing content such as social posts, blogs, and digital ads.
  • Design layouts and visuals for internal communications and general business materials.
  • Produce engaging promotional short-form videos to support brand promotion across social platforms and the website.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver design solutions that support business goals and broader marketing plans.

Skills and abilities

  • Strong sense of visual design, composition, and attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an organized way and deliver work on schedule.
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt quickly to urgent edits and changing priorities.

Education and experience

  • A degree in graphic design, art, or marketing is preferred, or at least 3 years of experience producing graphic design work for marketing materials.
  • Working knowledge of design tools and software such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Frequent sitting and repeated hand/finger use for keyboard-based work.
  • Good speaking and hearing ability to carry on conversations.
  • Strong visual capability, including close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, plus the ability to adjust focus.
