Role overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content across a range of channels and marketing touchpoints. The role involves producing graphics for web, social media, campaigns, educational content, and events while keeping every output aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching visuals for websites, social channels, promotional materials, course assets, and event-related communications.
- Design social media creatives and ad assets that help promote programs and events effectively.
- Prepare graphics for events, including banners, posters, and digital artwork for both online and offline use.
- Maintain visual consistency by following the organisation’s brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and turn them into effective design solutions.
- Keep up with current design trends and tools so the work remains modern, relevant, and engaging.
- Handle scheduling and posting of graphics on social media platforms.
- Manage several assignments at once and deliver work within deadlines in a busy work environment.
Requirements
- A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred, though strong experience and a solid portfolio may be accepted instead.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Good grasp of visual storytelling, typography, and branding, especially for performance-focused ad creatives on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with Figma and similar design software.
- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage time well.
- Basic motion graphics or UI/UX knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
