Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching visuals for websites, social channels, promotional materials, course assets, and event-related communications.
  • Design social media creatives and ad assets that help promote programs and events effectively.
  • Prepare graphics for events, including banners, posters, and digital artwork for both online and offline use.
  • Maintain visual consistency by following the organisation’s brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and turn them into effective design solutions.
  • Keep up with current design trends and tools so the work remains modern, relevant, and engaging.
  • Handle scheduling and posting of graphics on social media platforms.
  • Manage several assignments at once and deliver work within deadlines in a busy work environment.

Requirements

  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred, though strong experience and a solid portfolio may be accepted instead.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
  • Good grasp of visual storytelling, typography, and branding, especially for performance-focused ad creatives on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with Figma and similar design software.
  • Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage time well.
  • Basic motion graphics or UI/UX knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
