Role Overview
Cinteot is looking for an inventive Graphic Designer/Specialist to join its Information Technology team in a full-time, on-site position. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys visual storytelling, has a solid foundation in graphic design, and can create impactful visuals that communicate the company’s message and connect with audiences.
What You Will Do
- Create polished graphics for print, digital, and multimedia use.
- Work closely with teams across functions to understand needs and develop creative output that fits the brief.
- Handle several assignments at once while staying on schedule in a fast-moving environment.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and related design applications to build visually strong materials.
- Keep all creative work aligned with brand standards and a consistent visual style.
Required Background
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline; equivalent experience of 10 years may be accepted instead.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in graphic design or a multimedia setting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with U.S. classified documents.
- Comfort using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, along with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Strengths
- Good knowledge of production and rendering approaches.
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, effective visual concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms.
- Experience with federal government branding and design requirements is advantageous.
