The company is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually strong work that supports restaurant-related initiatives, reinforces the brand, and contributes to a better customer experience. This position covers a wide mix of creative work, from brand identity and packaging to signage, environmental graphics, digital assets, and other collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original design concepts for both print and digital channels.
  • Produce creative assets across areas such as signage, environmental graphics, packaging, retail merchandise, uniforms/apparel, and digital media.
  • Deliver polished creative work in a fast-moving, deadline-sensitive setting.
  • Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital use based on required specifications.
  • Handle several projects at once while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Own assigned work and ensure accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to make sure creative output supports brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Maintain consistent brand application across every deliverable.
  • Use input and revisions to improve and sharpen creative outputs.

Required Qualifications

  • Practical understanding of brand building and how the creative process works.
  • Strong eye for detail, plus the ability to think strategically, work independently, and maintain high standards.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills, with the professionalism to collaborate well and respond constructively to feedback.
