Responsibilities

• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that keep the community aligned with appearance and operational expectations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the community, including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking areas, and other shared spaces.
• Help get vacant apartments ready for incoming residents and support resident service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
