- Monitor balance sheet integrity, review reconciliations and journals, and manage the financial close process so reporting remains timely and compliant.
- Coordinate external audits and act as a primary contact for auditors, tax authorities, and outside advisors.
- Improve finance systems, working methods, and data quality, including opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled solutions where suitable.
- Maintain compliance with IFRS and changing regulatory expectations across multiple countries.
- Coach, guide, and develop accounting team members while promoting ownership, accuracy, and continuous learning.
Requirements

- A recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or an equivalent credential, supported by strong academic credentials.
- Strong command of IFRS and financial reporting requirements, including experience with complex multi-entity structures.
- Hands-on use of ERP platforms such as NetSuite or similar systems, along with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial controls, audit management, and governance practices within international organizations.
- A highly analytical, detail-focused approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and structured problem solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability, with confidence engaging senior leadership and external partners.
- Experience working in high-growth or change-driven environments, including process improvement and systems implementation work.
Benefits
- Competitive annual compensation aligned to experience and market benchmarks.
- Annual bonus potential tied to performance, along with compensation review cycles.
- Flexible working arrangement, either fully remote or hybrid depending on location.
- Annual budget for learning and professional development.
- Generous paid time off and family leave provisions.
- Home office support and equipment allowance where applicable.
- International, distributed team environment with exposure to global collaboration and travel opportunities.
- Employee wellbeing resources and assistance support.
