About the role
Join a travel-focused team that helps customers turn their trip ideas into reality. In this role, you’ll work with people who are passionate about travel and enjoy using their destination knowledge, sales experience, and attention to detail to deliver tailored group travel solutions.
The Groups team specializes in coordinating travel for parties ranging from 10 to 400 people. Clients can include conference attendees, corporate incentive groups, sporting organizations, and large family trips. Each booking is different, so you’ll need to handle a broad mix of travel needs and provide support across flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and other related arrangements.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage customer relationships while working toward performance goals and incentive targets. Success in this position depends on being organized, responsive, and able to manage complex bookings efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange group travel for a wide range of customer types and trip sizes.
- Handle end-to-end travel planning, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, insurance, and similar services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales performance and repeat business.
- Work toward KPIs and sales incentives while maintaining service quality.
- Create itineraries, prepare invoices, and use booking systems and multiple programs confidently.
- Manage detailed, high-complexity bookings with speed and accuracy.
- Balance customer-facing service with administrative and operational tasks.
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years of experience working as a travel consultant.
- Previous exposure to group bookings is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of GDS systems.
- A fast, efficient approach to travel booking and sales work.
- The ability to think creatively and find effective travel solutions.
- Comfort with targets, incentives, and performance-driven work.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Confidence handling complex bookings and switching between different tools while supporting customers.
