About the Role

Both full-time and part-time hours are available. The ideal person will enjoy inspiring others, sharing a genuine enthusiasm for quality coffee, and helping maintain excellent standards across the bakery.

What You’ll Do

• Guide, train, and support the team so coffee is prepared consistently to a high standard.
• Produce excellent coffee to the brand’s expected level.
• Provide strong service to every customer.
• Help prepare the food items served in the bakery.
• Keep cleanliness and presentation standards high throughout the bakery.
• Contribute to a team culture that keeps pushing for better results.
• Set up, adjust, and look after the coffee machine and grinder so espresso quality stays precise.
• Support the management team with day-to-day bakery operations.
