Key duties

  • Take overall accountability for the kitchen and lead the team to deliver high-quality food while supporting strong profitability and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Partner with the General Manager to hire, onboard, train, motivate, and retain talented kitchen staff.
  • Build strong product knowledge and ensure the entire team understands the menu and can deliver it confidently.
  • Work with the wider restaurant team to create great guest experiences, maintain presentation standards, and keep food quality and cost control on target.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and train the team so the restaurant consistently meets expectations.
