Job description
Role overviewThis leadership position is focused on sourcing, evaluating, and closing land and real estate acquisition opportunities for a real estate business in Gurugram. The role covers special situations, including insolvency-related opportunities and stressed asset transactions, along with standard acquisition pathways.What you will doIdentify and lead opportunities for land and real estate acquisitions, with exposure to insolvency and special situation deals.Manage the full deal process from sourcing and financial assessment through structuring, bidding, negotiation, and final closure.Assess investment opportunities using location analysis, zoning rules, land-use norms, and development potential across NCR and Haryana.Handle legal, title, and regulatory checks, and flag risks in line with internal investment policies.Create transaction structures using insolvency frameworks, joint development models, and capital deployment plans.Coordinate with resolution professionals, legal counsel, financial institutions, and government departments as part of stakeholder management.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals through relationships with IPCs.Perform valuation, feasibility, and returns analysis to support investment decisions and measure project viability.Work with authorities to secure regulatory alignment and approvals, while tracking policy, by-law, and development rule changes.Share market intelligence on land prices, industry movements, and policy developments to shape long-term acquisition strategy.Additional informationOutstanding candidates may contact +919718320368.Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
