Role overview
This full-time, on-site position in Christchurch, Canterbury is a mixed customer service and front-desk role. You will act as a HIC Agent across Tuesday to Friday, with reception cover when needed on weekdays and primary reception responsibility on Saturdays. The role also includes handling parcels, carrying out administrative tasks, and helping maintain a polished and welcoming front office.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support as a HIC Agent from Tuesday to Friday.
- Respond to customer questions about parcels and logistics services.
- Provide reception cover on weekdays when required.
- Serve as the main reception contact on Saturdays.
- Safely manage parcels, including lifting and moving items.
- Carry out routine administrative and operational duties.
- Ensure the front-of-house area remains professional, organised, and welcoming.
Working hours
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm.
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm.
