Role overview

Iceland Foods is seeking a Home Delivery Driver in Kent, England, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, on-site role with an hourly pay rate of £13.71. The position is suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and interacting with customers while representing the company on the road.

The role focuses on delivering groceries safely and efficiently while maintaining high service standards as the customer-facing representative of the brand. You may also support store operations when needed.

What you’ll do

  • Load the van safely, following correct lifting and manual handling practices.
  • Drive responsibly and follow all safe driving procedures.
  • Carry out vehicle checks before and during use.
  • Deliver orders so customers receive food in excellent condition.
  • Offer friendly and helpful service to customers during deliveries.
  • Assist in the store when operational support is needed.
  • Work on your own with good time management and self-organisation.
  • Be available for shifts that may run between 6:00am and 11:00pm.

Who can apply

Applicants should hold a full driving licence that has been active for at least 3 years and must not have more than 6 points. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, approachable, committed to customer service, reliable, able to meet deadlines, and mindful of road safety.
