Role overview
Join Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, non-management housekeeping and laundry position based on-site at the hotel.
What the role is about
The position is focused on far more than simply preparing clean rooms and fresh bedding. The goal is to help create a memorable guest experience by keeping the hotel looking immaculate and welcoming at all times. The role involves a broad range of housekeeping duties and the flexibility to move around the property and take action as needed.
Key duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are ready for use.
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to the required standards.
- Handle other similar housekeeping assignments that support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Protect confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Present a professional image through uniform, grooming, and communication.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the hotel.
Working conditions
This role requires being on your feet for long periods, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended stretches. It also involves regular physical activity, such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance.
