Welcome Break is hiring a Hotel Maintenance Team Member for Day Inn Warwick South, CV35 0AA in Lighthorne, England. In this hands-on hotel maintenance role, you will help identify and resolve maintenance problems in guest rooms and shared hotel spaces so that visitors have a comfortable stay. You will work closely with hotel management and take practical action across the site to help keep standards high.

Key duties

• Carry out everyday repair work and general servicing tasks.
• Handle planned preventative maintenance tasks on a routine basis.
• Keep plant rooms clean, orderly, and safe.
• Respond to a wide range of hotel repair and maintenance needs.
• Fix and maintain guest room fittings, lighting, furniture, and equipment.
• Keep accurate daily records of service and maintenance work completed.
• Act on maintenance requests from hotel management throughout the day.
• Follow the hotel’s rules and procedures as set out in the company handbook.
• Work in line with health and safety policies and workplace requirements.
• Use knowledge of heating and hot water systems where needed.
