Role Overview
Get You Housekeeping is an established Sydney and Brisbane housekeeping service with 14 years of experience. The business focuses on regular weekly housekeeping for private homes rather than one-off jobs or commercial cleaning. This opportunity is for candidates who live in, or can travel to, Vaucluse or nearby suburbs in New South Wales.
What You’ll Receive
- Hourly pay ranges from $32.25 to $45.50, with wages paid every Tuesday.
- You’ll be placed on continuing weekly shifts with the same households.
- Work is limited to weekdays; there are no weekend shifts or late-night hours.
- Shift lengths are typically a minimum of 3 to 4 hours.
- Clients supply the cleaning products and equipment needed for the job.
- Training is provided in person and is paid before you begin work.
- You’ll be supported by a professional and approachable management team.
- Reliable, consistent workers may be considered for promotion opportunities.
Key Duties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces.
- Make beds and change bed linen.
- Handle laundry tasks such as folding and ironing.
- Carry out general tidying and light household organisation.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning is required.
- You should either live in Vaucluse or be comfortable travelling locally.
- Availability is needed any time Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- You must be able to communicate in conversational English.
- Applicants must already be in Australia and have valid work rights.
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome if they have strong cleaning experience and can commit for at least 6 months.
