Role Overview
You will join a supportive care-home team as a bank Housekeeping Assistant based in Braintree. The position is focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, laundry, and presentation across the home while following established housekeeping and laundry procedures. The role is offered on a bank shift basis.

What You Will Do
- Carry out cleaning tasks according to assigned worksheet instructions.
- Work to housekeeping and laundry operating procedures while helping maintain hotel-style service standards.
- Understand how different surfaces and coverings should be cleaned, including the use and properties of cleaning products.
- Keep all areas tidy, well presented, and in good condition.
- Always treat residents with dignity and respect, including their personal belongings and private spaces.
