Job Summary
This 6-month HR Coordinator assignment focuses on supporting day-to-day people operations through administrative coordination, accurate record management, and assistance with hiring and onboarding activities. The role also acts as a key contact for employee queries and routine HR support.
Experience & Core Profile
The position is best suited to professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration. Strong command of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools is expected, along with excellent coordination skills, clear communication, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep employee records up to date in the HRIS and manage HR documentation, including contracts and employment letters.
- Support onboarding and exit processes by coordinating orientation, background verification, and offboarding arrangements.
- Assist with recruitment operations by arranging interviews, publishing job openings, and tracking candidates with recruiters.
- Respond to common employee questions related to company policies, leave, and benefits.
Additional Information
This is a 6-month contract role based onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
