Overview

Lippert is seeking a local HR Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to support two sites: one with about 60 team members and another with roughly 25 team members. Relocation support is not offered for this position.

Role Summary

This position partners with the human resources team and department leaders to help create a strong workplace experience. The coordinator also serves as a direct point of contact for team members, handling HR questions and supporting engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a positive workplace culture and help raise awareness of programs available to team members.
  • Respond to employee questions about HR policies and communicate verbally and in writing while protecting confidentiality.
  • Guide leaders on people-related concerns and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate representative or leader.
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks and answer payroll questions from team members.
  • Carry out weekly audits, prepare reports, and help resolve outstanding exceptions.
  • Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies regarding payroll matters.
  • Track online training completion and help employees finish assigned courses.
  • Serve as the on-site contact for leaves of absence.
  • Lead new hire orientation and share responsibility for onboarding activities.
  • Take part in recruitment and interview activities.
  • Help employees enroll in benefits and support open enrollment meetings.
  • Work with others to implement team member recognition initiatives and promote engagement.
  • Support internal and external marketing efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

Work is primarily performed indoors in an office setting. The role involves extended time in front of computer screens, repetitive hand use for computer work, and regular presence on manufacturing and warehouse floors.

Work Schedule and Travel

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend and off-shift work may occasionally be required. Minimal travel is expected.

Supervisory Scope

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands

The job requires frequent speaking and listening, along with substantial sitting and typing. It is generally a low-movement position.

Preferred Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a human resources department.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role that required strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
