About the Role
NeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II, Inc. is hiring an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support its expanding neurorehabilitation operations in Ashland, Kentucky.
Compensation and Employment Details
The position offers an annual salary in the range of $55,000 to $65,000. This is a full-time, exempt role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish and handle onboarding for new employees.
- Lead new hire orientation sessions and coordinate employee learning and training activities.
- Keep employee records organized and ensure HRIS information stays accurate and up to date.
- Assist with employee relations matters and support performance management processes.
- Help administer benefits and manage employee leave processes.
- Make sure HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and internal policies.
- Carry out audits and maintain required HR files and documentation.
- Work with managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Compile HR reports and metrics for company leadership.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources is required.
- Working knowledge of employment law and standard HR practices is expected.
- Prior experience using an HRIS is preferred, and familiarity with iSolved is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good organization, are important.
