Role Overview
Coll-8 is in a significant growth stage and is looking for a practical, commercially minded HR Generalist to support a workforce of about 180 people. This 6-month fixed-term role is based in Dublin and includes site-based work with travel as needed. It is focused on bringing greater structure, consistency, and discipline to people operations in a busy, operational setting.
What You Will Do
- Work with operational leaders to support growth plans, improve workforce planning, and reduce dependence on agency staff.
- Create and deliver recruitment approaches that help attract and keep permanent employees.
- Set up and reinforce consistent HR processes across the employee journey.
- Guide and coach managers through employee relations matters so outcomes are fair, timely, and compliant.
- Strengthen absence management practices and use data to help reduce absence levels.
- Make sure HR policies and employment law are applied consistently in day-to-day practice.
- Work alongside operational teams to support health and safety improvements and lower risk.
- Review people metrics such as attrition, absence, and employee relations trends to spot problems and drive action.
- Build line manager capability through practical coaching and support.
- Contribute to projects that improve engagement, retention, and the overall colleague experience.
