Job description

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced HR Manager to steer the people function and contribute to the organization’s continued expansion in the United Arab Emirates. This position is suited to a hands-on, strategic professional who can strengthen workplace culture, support employee development, and deliver effective HR practices across the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out HR strategies, policies, and operating procedures that support wider business goals.
  • Oversee the complete employee journey, from hiring and onboarding through retention and exit processes.
  • Drive recruitment planning and broader workforce planning efforts.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and advise both managers and team members.
  • Run performance review cycles and support staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labour requirements, legal regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage pay, benefits, and employee wellness programs.
  • Keep HR files, workforce data, and employee records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with training, learning, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Partner with department heads to resolve staffing and organizational requirements.
  • Encourage employee engagement, inclusion, diversity, and overall workplace well-being.
  • Guide and support HR team members in achieving departmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Professional credentials such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or an equivalent qualification are strongly preferred.
  • Substantial experience in HR management or a senior HR role.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Prior use of HRIS platforms and HR management software is an advantage.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and HR reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with UAE labour laws and workplace practices will be beneficial.
