Job description
About OSUS
OSUS started in Riyadh in 2006 with a clear ambition: to shape the next wave of commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate development. The company focuses on projects that combine integration, innovation, smart design, and modern technology to improve the experience for both individuals and businesses.
The organization sees mixed-use communities as a key part of the future of urban planning. Its approach is to bring living, working, retail, and leisure elements together within one connected environment, creating places that are more practical, adaptable, and lively. This vision supports the growth of modern communities while responding to the changing needs of cities and lifestyles, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
