Overview
This is a remote HR and administration specialist role focused on supporting expert network work. The position is part-time in nature and may involve a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition activities and the onboarding of new hires.
- Coordinate payroll-related tasks and handle benefits administration processes.
- Create, refine, and validate HR policies so they stay compliant and operationally effective.
- Prepare clear documentation and practical guidance on HR best practices.
- Work asynchronously with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative projects.
- Use HR knowledge to contribute to AI-led research initiatives and enterprise assignments.
Required Profile
- Background in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative leadership.
- Working knowledge of payroll platforms, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form.
- Excellent organization skills and a careful eye for detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based setup.
