Human Resources Associate

Role overview

Walmart is hiring a Human Resources Associate for its McDonough, Georgia supercenter. In this position, you will support store leadership with core HR operations such as recruiting, hiring, staffing, employee development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance-related support. The role focuses on spotting HR issues, analyzing them, and helping put company HR programs and initiatives into action.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $20 to $33 per hour. The final hourly rate will be at least the minimum wage required for the job location. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, additional premium pay may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Annual or quarterly performance incentives are also part of the compensation package.

Schedule and location

This is a full-time onsite role. Available shifts include opening and morning shifts. The job is based at Walmart Supercenter #3201, 135 Willow Ln, McDonough, GA 30253, US.
