Role Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will handle a range of HR support tasks, maintain records, support the employee wellness program, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Duties

  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with employees and leaders across the company.
  • Assist with HR operations by responding to questions and sharing general employee-related information.
  • Help communicate safety policies and programs to encourage a safe and engaged workplace.
  • Work with standard HR practices, terminology, processes, and methods.
  • Apply knowledge of state and federal employment-related regulations.
  • Review, interpret, and communicate policies, rules, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Gather information for reports and correspondence.
  • Keep personnel files and related records organized and confidential.
  • Create and update organizational charts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • High attention to accuracy and detail.
