Role overview
Mobishastra Technologies LLC is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager in Riyadh to oversee core HR functions and contribute to the company’s broader strategic goals. In this role, you will help shape, roll out, and assess HR policies, initiatives, and processes that strengthen the workforce and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Direct hiring and talent acquisition efforts from sourcing through selection.
- Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes.
- Make sure HR practices remain aligned with Saudi labor requirements.
- Create and improve HR policies along with employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist leadership with organizational development activities and related planning.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience can be considered.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Applicants should be well-versed in Saudi Labor Law and familiar with Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Overall, 5+ years of professional Human Resources experience is expected.
- The role calls for a proven record in recruiting and improving talent acquisition approaches.
- Strong planning, analytical thinking, and communication abilities are important.
- High attention to detail and sound decision-making are necessary for success in this position.
