Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager position in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The role is responsible for managing the complete employee journey across production, engineering, and office teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR activities, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee exits.
- Maintain and apply HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal and Nevada employment requirements.
- Keep HR files, employee records, and supporting documentation accurate, current, and confidential.
- Address employee-relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns in a constructive way.
- Coach supervisors and support performance discussions, corrective actions, and team development.
- Contribute to a workplace culture that is safe, inclusive, and focused on high performance.
- Administer pay, compensation-related processes, and employee benefits programs.
- Coordinate training and development efforts across the organization.
- Support attendance management and workplace safety initiatives.
- Work with leadership on workforce planning and efforts that shape organizational culture.
Required Background and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in key HR areas such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Working knowledge of employment regulations, HR compliance, safety practices, and HR policy administration.
- Ability to mediate conflict, coach others, and guide difficult conversations between employees and managers.
- Experience using HRIS or similar HR tools, preparing basic reports, and handling confidential employee data carefully.
- Ability to plan or support training programs, employee growth initiatives, and a positive workplace environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production settings is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- HR credentials such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or an equivalent certification are an advantage.
- Must be able to work on site in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area and build effective relationships across all levels of the company.
