Role Summary
The Human Resources Specialist will focus on compensation, benefits, HR analytics, job evaluation, and broader HR process support. This role also contributes to workforce planning, organizational development, policy enhancement, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage salary structures, grading models, job levels, and compensation frameworks.
- Run market benchmarking and benefits analysis to support pay competitiveness and fairness.
- Support organizational structure assessments and workforce planning efforts.
- Build, review, and interpret HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data with advanced Excel tools.
- Assist with annual pay reviews, promotion cycles, and incentive plans.
- Carry out job analysis and job evaluation activities while keeping job descriptions accurate and current.
- Help improve HR policies, procedures, and standard practices.
- Monitor adherence to labor regulations, internal policies, and other compliance requirements.
- Contribute to HR initiatives in organizational development, employee engagement, and process improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Three to five years of HR experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, including analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Well-developed analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working understanding of labor law and modern HR practices.
