Role overview
We are working with a long-established organisation in Sandyford to recruit a HR Generalist for its expanding people team. This is a practical, varied position that gives broad exposure across the employee journey, making it well suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and wants to deepen their experience across HR operations, employee support, recruitment, and administration.

What you will be handling
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR matters
- Oversee key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation management, contract updates, and exits
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting vacancies, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews
- Keep HR systems and employee data up to date and accurate
- Support payroll-related administration as well as pay and benefits queries
- Help organise learning and development initiatives across the organisation
- Assist with health and safety compliance and general facilities-related questions
- Apply HR policies and procedures consistently while following employment law requirements
Candidate profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- A recognised qualification in Human Resources is preferred, such as a third-level or professional award like CIPD, or you should be working toward one
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, operational setting
- Previous experience with Oracle HR systems and Microsoft Office
