About the Role

This role is suited to a highly driven professional who will support SMB customers through the rollout of new products and programs. The position focuses on building strong onboarding experiences, improving adoption over time, and helping customers realize long-term value. You will work closely with Account Executives and partners across the business to strengthen strategic relationships, improve program outcomes, and deliver a customer experience that supports retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to understand each client’s objectives and design goals that work well for both sides while positively shaping the customer’s decisions.
  • Plan and execute smooth launches and implementations that improve employee adoption and usage, then continue tracking progress for 2 to 4 months after go-live and recommend improvements using data.
  • Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders by creating timelines, coordinating project plans, and keeping implementation work on track.
  • Provide customized training and enablement so customer teams can succeed, whether through live training, scalable learning materials, or tailored collateral.
  • Own the technical setup end to end, including account configuration, SFTP/SCIM/Expense integrations, and support for billing and reporting processes.
  • Work in close partnership with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Finance to make sure customer feedback is addressed and the overall experience keeps improving.
  • Spot potential issues early, reduce implementation risk, and create action plans that protect retention and support program expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing position and/or project management.
  • Strong ability to analyze information, stay organized, and solve problems effectively.
  • Comfort working with data, interpreting results, and drawing useful conclusions.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and guiding decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance time across multiple customers, especially when focusing on the highest-value accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong group facilitation ability.
  • Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and the ability to execute quickly without losing quality.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work well in fast-moving and changing environments.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to share methods and ideas with teammates.
  • Comfort using multiple systems; prior Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

For New York, NY, the base salary range for this role is USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 per year. For Chicago, IL, the base salary range is USD 81,000 to USD 90,000 per year. Full-time employees may also participate in Uber’s bonus program and could be offered equity or other forms of compensation. In addition, all full-time employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan and other benefits.
