Its client list includes major names in music and new media such as Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, and the team supports campaigns designed to amplify new releases, shows, and creator-led content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The work includes campaign measurement and analysis to understand impact and performance.
Role Overview
As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will oversee creator careers, support audience growth, and help monetise content. You will use internal tools and your own market knowledge to negotiate brand and label partnerships, while also shaping content strategy for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creator portfolios, support their growth, and secure relevant brand partnerships.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new creators, including both rising and established talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to place talent in campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to influence strategy and help grow the talent roster.
- Operate independently in a fast-moving environment while working fully remotely.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is already comfortable with major social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, brings strong communication and negotiation ability, and is willing to work with energy and initiative. Comfort working without close supervision and the ability to manage your own priorities are important for success in this role.
Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or sales/marketing agencies is considered an advantage.
Working Style and Compensation
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and the freedom to set your own schedule. The position does not include a base salary; earnings are based on uncapped commission, so income potential is directly tied to performance.
