Job description
Role Overview
We are hiring an IT System Engineer for a 1-year engagement that can be renewed. This position is based in Doha, Qatar, and applicants must already be located in Qatar. The role is intended for immediate joiners only.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft Azure and Google platforms are preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT systems is required.
- The candidate should have a solid track record working as a Systems Engineer with emphasis on Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Applicants need strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and storage technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud security practices and safeguards is expected.
- Additional value will be given to candidates holding Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect credentials.
- A valid QID is mandatory.
Additional Information
Duration: 1 year, renewable.
Location requirement: Candidate must be available in Qatar.
Joining requirement: Immediate joiners only.
Valid QID required.
