Practice focus
The disputes group handles a wide mix of contentious matters such as commercial litigation, international arbitration, construction disputes, and cross-border proceedings.
Key responsibilities

- Prepare pleadings, written submissions, and other detailed legal and arbitral documents.
- Work alongside partners and senior lawyers on matters from the early stages through hearings and final resolution.
- Support disclosure exercises, evidence review, and settlement discussions while working closely with the wider team.
