Job description

About the Company

LC Waikiki Retail Company is a major fashion retailer with annual turnover of $3 billion. The business began in France in 1988 and, from 1997 onward, has operated as a Turkish brand under LC Waikiki Mağazacılık Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. The company now serves customers through roughly 1,300 stores across 59 countries. Guided by the belief that everyone should have access to well-made, affordable fashion, LC Waikiki delivers quality products at prices many can afford.

The organization employs nearly 3,000 people at its corporate office and more than 53,000 people across Turkey and international markets. Its goal is to become one of the top three ready-to-wear brands in Europe by 2026. The company values integrity, teamwork, deep expertise, customer focus, and perseverance in the face of challenges.

Role Overview

The International Store Auditor will be responsible for reviewing store operations in Kenya and supporting audit and inventory controls across locations. The position requires frequent travel, including travel within and outside the country, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Key Duties

  • Carry out audits of store operations.
  • Review activities against company procedures and retail regulations.
  • Assess how POS systems and stock management software are integrated and used.
  • Check finance, personnel, and logistics processes against audit criteria to confirm compliance with internal rules, memorandums, instructions, and legal requirements.
  • Participate as head of inventory in store and central warehouse stock counts.
  • Share audit and inventory findings with the function manager and relevant teams, and review reports when needed.
  • Report any irregularities observed during audit or inventory work to the manager.
  • Prepare analytical reports based on audit and inventory results.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant holds a university degree in a relevant field and has strong spoken and written English skills. A background of at least 5 years in retail operations is required, along with a preference for 2 to 3 years of experience in audit, store operations auditing, or inventory work. The role also calls for strong Excel and MS Office ability, familiarity with corporate retail procedures and regulations, and confidence using handheld terminals and cash registers.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural environment, and must be willing to travel extensively, accounting for around 80% of the working time, with no travel restrictions and readiness for variable working hours both locally and internationally.

What the Company Offers

  • The chance to join a fast-expanding retail organization.
  • An open, collaborative culture that values communication, teamwork, development, and innovation.
  • A workplace where strong performance and talent are recognized.
  • Ongoing opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • The opportunity to contribute to the company’s 2026 growth ambitions.
