What you will do
- Take full ownership of inventory control activities within a new distribution and fulfillment setting.
- Build, improve, and document inventory processes, systems, and reporting from the beginning.
- Strengthen inventory precision through cycle counts and root-cause investigations.
- Work closely with operations, systems, and client teams to keep execution aligned.
- Supervise and grow inventory team members while helping establish a strong performance-driven culture.
- Help manage change as tools, processes, and expectations evolve quickly.
- Maintain compliance with operating standards, KPI targets, and client requirements.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on background in inventory control within warehousing, distribution, or 3PL operations.
- Comfort working with systems, with WMS experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in startup settings or in roles requiring frequent adaptation is highly valued.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence using data to identify improvements.
- Proven leadership ability, including developing and coaching teams.
- Capability to act quickly, adapt to change, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
