Job description

Company Overview

Amad Capital is an independent investment advisory business focused on preserving and growing wealth for ultra-high-net-worth families in Saudi Arabia. The firm provides tailored guidance across listed markets, private investments, and real asset portfolios, acting as a fiduciary partner that builds strategies around each client’s objectives. Its approach is centered on personalized advice, trust, and long-term transparency.

Role Summary

This is a full-time position based on site. The role sits within a compact, high-impact advisory team and offers direct involvement with client families and their diversified portfolios. Rather than being limited to one part of the process, you will manage the full investment journey — from origination and due diligence to investment committee preparation, execution, and continuous oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive investment evaluation from start to finish across equities, fixed income, private equity and venture funds, real estate, and direct deals.
  • Create and maintain robust financial models, valuation work, and sensitivity scenarios.
  • Develop investment committee notes, pitch decks, and portfolio review materials for clients.
  • Perform due diligence on fund managers and third-party investment opportunities.
  • Track portfolio holdings, assess performance drivers, and suggest rebalancing or exit actions where needed.
  • Write macroeconomic commentary, sector deep-dives, and market outlook reports.
  • Liaise with outside stakeholders such as broker-dealers, fund managers, and legal advisors.
  • Contribute to investment policy design and reporting processes as the organization expands.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 to 12 years of professional experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, wealth management, or asset management.
  • Proven exposure to several asset classes, including public markets, real estate, and private markets.
  • Advanced financial modeling capability, including DCF, LBO, fund return modeling, and real estate pro forma analysis.
  • Previous work experience in a family office, wealth advisory firm, Big 4 deal advisory practice, or investment bank.
  • CFA charterholder status or progress at the final level.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written investment materials such as IC memos, market research, and client presentations.
  • Comfort working in a small, autonomous team with close interaction with senior decision-makers.
  • Understanding of GCC markets and the Saudi investment environment.
  • Strong command of English; Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Nice-to-Have

  • CME certification, or a willingness to complete it after joining.
  • Background in serving ultra-high-net-worth families or family office clients.
  • Exposure to Saudi CMA rules and reporting expectations.
  • Experience preparing feasibility studies for real asset investments.
  • MBA or Master’s degree from a well-regarded institution.
