Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an Invoicing Executive engaged through an outsourced hiring arrangement and based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The assignment runs for 12 months and offers a monthly pay of up to AED 5,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full invoicing cycle with a strong focus on accuracy and timely completion.
- Check, validate, authorize, and generate customer invoices.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams so that picking, dispatch, and billing flow without delays.
- Reconcile invoices with customer purchase orders and the required supporting paperwork.
- Investigate and fix billing mismatches and invoice-related concerns.
- Liaise with the Finance team to support account reconciliation and payment follow-up.
- Keep invoice data and customer records up to date and properly organized.
- Assist with audit requirements, inventory verification, and reporting tasks.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns connected to invoicing and billing.
