Key Responsibilities
- Direct the sourcing, review, onboarding, and performance oversight of IT and data vendors, while keeping the outsourcing register current, completing periodic vendor risk assessments, and managing the technology budget with an eye on efficiency.

- Provide employees with dependable and secure devices, collaboration tools, and workplace technology, including AI-enabled tools; also handle onboarding, offboarding, and helpdesk support with support from the IT Support Analyst.
- Evaluate the business case for stakeholder-driven IT initiatives, then plan and deliver approved projects with the relevant teams. Act as product owner and escalation contact for internal application integrations such as MT940 host-to-host, ETL pipelines, FX/Cash daily processes, and the document portal.
- Promote the adoption of AI across the firm by assessing new tools, setting usage guidelines, and supporting commercially sensible agentic AI initiatives.
- Keep the IT policy set, standards, and risk register up to date, and prepare regular management reporting on service performance, risk, incidents, projects, and spend.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Professional certifications and project management qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Between 5 and 8 years of progressive management experience in IT infrastructure and IT operations, including at least 2 years within financial services.
