Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full procurement cycle for IT items, including identifying suppliers, negotiating terms, and completing purchases.
- Keep up to date with specifications and features of IT hardware such as printers, toner, laptops, notebooks, desktop PCs, and related accessories.
- Review supplier quotes and compare options to secure the best balance of value and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliveries arrive on schedule and address any issues with orders or discrepancies.
- Work alongside the IT team to understand technical needs and purchasing requirements.
- Track purchase information, pricing records, and warranty details accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishment of IT supplies when needed.
- Prepare procurement reports and keep supporting records organized and current.
